In love with Japan. Their people, their culture, their respect…and their food.

We were travelling there a few years ago and the minute we landed back in Europe we knew we will come back to Japan.

A documentary about Jiro Ono, the best Sushi chef. Owner of a tiny restaurant in Ginza, with 3 Michelin Stars. Eighty five years dedicated to perfection and simplicity.
