I haven’t had too much time lately for cooking. Back into running. But, yesterday, I wanted dessert after my dinner. This one takes no time. Give it a try!

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 1 small Butternut Squash.
  • 1 Avocado.
  • 5 biscuits(Digestive).
  • Dark Chocolate.

Preparation

Cut the Butternut Squash in half. Remove the seeds. Place the halves in the oven, at 190 degrees for 1 hour. Let them cool down.

Peel and mash the avocado with a fork. Break the biscuits and mix them with the avocado.

In small bowls, place some avocado with biscuits first. Using a spoon take some squash and place it on top.

Grate some dark chocolate on top and ready to go.

If you like it a bit sweeter just add some Maple Syrup to the avocado/biscuit mix.

Easy and different.
