A different variation of the traditional rice pudding. Rice, Goat’s milk and chocolate together…just delicious.
- 1 Litre Goat’s Milk.
- 100gr. Arborio Rice.
- 180gr. White Sugar.
- 1 Vanilla pod.
- 100gr. Dark Chocolate (I used Valrhona Manjari).
Wash the rice under the tap for a couple of minutes. Cut the Vanilla pod to release all the seeds.
In a pot, put the Goat’s Milk at low heat. Add the Vanilla and rice. Cook at low heat for 25 minutes. Stir or it will stick. Add the sugar and chocolate. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Let it cool down and serve with white chocolate and raspberries.
*Try to eat it with a wooden spoon, it tastes even better.
